Registrar
The registrar is one of our most important roles getting the registration programs ready for each year and working with our families to make sure that everyone can play! Duties include creating the programs in our system, reaching out to families to sign up, assisting in record keeping, maintaining wait lists and working with our other board members to make sure everything runs smoothly. See this link for more information Our Registrar is kind of the keystone of the organization working with our CVPA, Treasurer, Coach Admin, Families and RC. Training will be provided as well as any help that is necessary.

Field Maintenance
Responsible for the maintenance of all playing fields and will coordinate with our contact at Caledonia Youth Sports Association (CYSA), as needed. This role works with the Safety Director to ensure safe playing environment and is responsible for the correction of any and all hazardous conditions on or near the playing fields.
