Dear Caledonia AYSO Families,
Many of you have had an extremely poor experience with the local photographer that took individual and team pictures during September, 2024, and for that, I truly apologize. Our AYSO Board completely understands your frustration and disappointment, as we have become increasingly more frustrated and disappointed as additional time passes. Please know that many AYSO Board members have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, with very limited responses from the photographer.
The photographer finally responded with the following information:
“There is a page on my website since early fall just for AYSO updates, ordering, and info
at https://www.kristyterhaar.com/ayso.
A few helpful things are:
1 - If they turned in a paper order, then I do not have their address. There was nowhere to write their address on the form, so that stack of orders are set aside.
2 - If they have not paid - there were several people that did not pay for their order. These orders are not being processed until payment is received. I was printing them, but there was little response to paying for them, so I just set the group of those aside and will process if/when they pay.
3 - To ask about an order, I do need to know a few things to pull it up: 1- The order number is best (from online orders), but if they don't have that, then I'll need the name of the person who placed the order & their email, plus the child's name, coach, and division - Johnny Smith, U7 Smith
4 - If they would prefer to cancel their order, they're welcome to email me and I can process it right away.”
As a Board, we have been trying to provide as many opportunities as possible to local vendors/contractors, but due to the issues experienced with this photographer, AYSO will be utilizing a different photographer for future seasons.
We greatly appreciate your patience with this matter and please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Scott McAllister
