Game #5

What a breakout game for Jacob. He scored 14 points today and had numerous rebounds. Also did some great passing.
As coach Chris pointed out to me, it is so nice to have three great dribblers on the team, Josh, Michael and Alex. When the other team started to press during the fourth quarter, they were able to get out of it and get the ball down to the other end. And they also produce some awesome fast breaks. Josh had six points today as did Michael.

Jaren, Chris, Nathan and Brett played very hard today, especially when Jacob was not in, getting rebounds and taking some good shots. Jaren had six points and had some really good looks at the basket today. He seems to find the open spot on the court.

Sterling also played really good today. He dribbled the ball well and had one fast break that almost produced a layup!

I really enjoy working with the kids. They all seem to really love the game and look to be having a good time. Of course it helps when we win!

If you have time work with your child during the week on chest passes and layups. We will work on our offense plays this next practice.

Great game today for everyone.
